As general Daily Immune Support, Take 10ml daily on an empty stomach or as directed. For best results, please keep it in your mouth for 2 minutes before swallowing.

For colds and flu: Take 10-20ml, 2-3 times daily. Continue for ten days after all symptoms have disappeared.

For gastric upsets (vomiting, food poisoning, stomach flu, diarrhea), bladder infection, or as an anti-microbial agent- Adults and children over 12 years of age: take 100ml on an empty stomach, don’t eat or drink for 20 minutes, and then 50-100ml three times per day until condition clears. Use half the above dosage for children 4-12 years of age. Take intestinal flora and drink water to help eliminate toxins and rehydrate after food poisoning.
